BOSQUE ALEGRE con ALEXANDER ARILLA
TKM ROOM invita a Mentah y Alexander a montar una expo de una noche. La galería es cubierta por una aldea de elfos de cartón, en el primer piso: El living de familia rica, dos niñxs felices jugando, y una señora de pija interpretada por Alexander, convencía a todxs lxs que entrar por ese lado del circuito que los vecinos de debajo amenazaban con quitar a la familia de su hogar y lugar seguro. A quienes entrar por debajo, recibían otra versión de la historia. Un taller textil, un humilde hogar y una mina de cartón estaban todas gestionadas por un señor de traje, Mentah interpretaba a uno de los mineros y en los que entraban por su lado del circuito les recibía con una octavilla del sindicato minero y les contaba a todxs las condiciones infraélficas en las que trabajan. Lxs espectadores luego hacían el circuito restante del lado opuesto al que entraban, encontrándose con la perspectiva de los cartones y las escuadras, dejando al descubierto el montaje.
TKM ROOM invites Mentah and Alexander to set up a one night expo. The gallery is covered by a village of cardboard elves, on the first floor: The living room of a rich family, two happy children playing, and a posh lady played by Alexander, convinced all of them to enter from that side of the circuit that neighbors below threatened to remove the family from their home and place of safety.
Those who entered below received another version of the story. A textile workshop, a humble home and a cardboard mine were all managed by a man in a suit. Mentah played one of the miners and those who entered the circuit on his side were greeted with a leaflet from the mining union and told the all the infra-elven conditions in which they work.
The spectators then made the remaining circuit on the opposite side to the one they entered, encountering the perspective of the cardboard and the brackets, exposing the montage.
